CAMILLA AND MARC offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. We provide a choice of a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit for all eligible full-price garments.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all designer tags, garment bags, and security ribbons still intact and attached.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
